Guidelines for abstract submission:

  • Abstract submission deadline: August 3rd, 2026

  • The abstract may be written in French or English.

  • Maximum 300 words for the body of the abstract

  • Abstracts should be submitted through the form (link available after registration).

All abstracts will be granted a poster presentation. When registering, you can indicate whether you would like your abstract to be considered by the organizing committee for an oral presentation. Evaluation will focus on compliance with guidelines, scientific interest and vulgarisation. Following evaluation, participants selected for an oral presentation or speed talk will be contacted by e-mail early September 2026. Please note that committee members may be eligible to participate in oral presentations or speed talks, and may be considered for a presentation prize, provided that the jury is composed exclusively of external members.

Presentation may be in English or French at the presenter's convenience.

Since the event brings together participants from several departments, it is important that the presentation be well vulgarised so that the project and the results presented are accessible and understandable to all.

Guidelines for poster presentations:

  • Duration of poster presentation: 5 minutes + 3 minutes for questions

  • Suggested poster size: 40 (length) x 60 (height) inches.

Guidelines for oral presentations (by invitation only):

  • Duration of oral presentation: 10 minutes + 5 minutes for questions

  • Presentations may be given in English or French, at the presenter's convenience.

  • Send the presentation in Powerpoint/PDF format to reseaulab@gmail.com by September 20th 2026, at the latest.

Guidelines for speed talks (by invitation only):

  • Length of speed talks: 2 minutes (no question period)

  • A maximum of 2 slides is accepted.

  • The purpose of the speed talks is to encourage participants to come and see your poster.

  • Send the presentation in Powerpoint/PDF format to reseaulab@gmail.com by September 20th 2026, at the latest.
